OVERVIEW
Multiple brands within the portfolio lacked consistency across the user journey, impacting site performance and conversion. Partnered with product, brand, and growth teams to improve funnel performance, focusing on conversion-driven landing pages designed for acquisition.
THE CHALLENGE
Landing pages suffered from unclear layout and messaging hierarchy along with weak visual direction, making it difficult for users to understand product/brand value. Calls-to-action were buried, information hierarchy was inconsistent, and overall flow failed to guide users through key decision points which impacted CVR.
APPROACH
Audited campaign landing pages and mapped funnel drop-offs.
Redefined content, messaging and visual hierarchy based on hueristic design principles.
Aligned campaign storytelling with UX to ensure continuity from ad → landing page → checkout.
